Primrose Hill Farm consists of 7 detached properties in a private village setting, providing continuing and short term care and support for 39 adults aged 18 and over with learning disabilities.
The homes are located in the pleasant south Birmingham suburb of Kings Norton, and are well situated for community access, including public transport.
An experienced Registered Manager leads a team of trained staff providing care, support and treatment for the clients. A personalised care plan, built on the assessed needs of the individual, is prepared for each client and is regularly reviewed in consultation with the individual, their relatives, referrers and professional carers.
Each client has a single en-suite room. Each home has a large comfortable lounge and dining room overlooking the safe and secure patio and garden. Appetising and nourishing meals are served in the dining room or in the resident’s room, if preferred. Personal laundry services are provided in-house.
Structured programmes of activities and daily living skills are implemented to help each resident to achieve their fullest potential, this includes accessing local facilities.
The homes are registered with, and regularly inspected by, the Government’s Care Quality Commission. The latest inspection report can be viewed by clicking the following link: www.cqc.org.uk/
