We are pleased to announce that the Winner for the month of July 2023 is Katie Wilson.
I would like to nominate Katie Wilson as employee of the month.
Katie started at The Loft as activity staff in June 2022. Katie has a great positive attitude and is always happy and eager to help out wherever she can- often picking up extra shifts and long days. Katie is very flexible and has very often made herself available at short notice to come in and help if people are off sick. Katie has come on full time in January and we are very appreciative of this.
Last year Katie helped out considerably during an outbreak of Covid and worked with a positive service user for a number of days so that other people did not put themselves at risk. Her hard work and dedication to keeping the individual happy and well had not gone unnoticed.
Katie receives nothing but good feedback from others and the service users are very fond of her. Katie is often out with the service users due to her activity role and is an asset in driving the service users out in their vehicles. Katie is always professional and friendly to all. Katie shows good promise and is a natural at working in the care sector.
Katie is dedicated to help the service users and nothing is too much for her. We are incredibly lucky to have her on our team!
