We would like to congratulate Victoria on winning Employee of the Month for July 2019. Victoria joined CTTM as a Support Worker in 2015 and, because of her work ethic, attitude and values, desire to learn and strong passion and commitment to the individuals we support, soon progressed to Team Leader and then to Senior Support Worker. Well done Victoria, this award is well deserved.
