We are pleased to announce that the Winner for the month of August 2022 is …… Pierce Nicholl.
I would like to nominate Pierce Nicholl as employee of the month for August. Pierce joined the company in 2019 and since this time has progressed to key worker and is currently working towards achieving his Level 2 Care Diploma. He continually demonstrates skill and commitment supporting our Service Users and his colleagues. Pierce will run the shift with professionalism and ensures that high standards are maintained. He has excellent time keeping and will come in on days off to attend appointments with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the Service Users. He is always willing to work extra shifts and cover sleep-in’s when asked, he makes sure that all our Service Users attend their appointments and will ensure that special occasions are celebrated within the home making the environment happy and joyful for everyone.
We would like to congratulate Pierce on winning Employee of the Month for August 2022 and thank him for his dedication and hard work at Elmfield Cottage.
