We are pleased to announce that the Winner for the month of April 2023 is …… Naomi Thomas
I would like to nominate Naomi Thomas for employee of the month. Naomi started at CTTM in June 2020 and immediately took to her role and developed good working relationships with her colleagues. Throughout her time with the company, she has continued to develop her skills and knowledge and completes all tasks asked of her efficiently and to a high standard. In the first 10 weeks of 2023 Naomi completed the recruitment process for 15 candidates that have now started their employment with the company. Both her attendance and timekeeping are excellent and Naomi constantly goes above and beyond for the company, working extra hours and taking on additional responsibility.
We would like to thank Naomi for everything she has done and make her aware that it does not go unnoticed.
