Special congratulations to Jess (pictured below) from Manningford who is CTTM’s first learner to achieve the Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship. Not only did she pass, but she was awarded a distinction by her external assessor.
The Level 5 programme is rigorous and requires learners to demonstrate their knowledge, management, and leadership skills at high level. Jess has worked extremely hard to complete the course and has been resilient and determined throughout. Well done, Jess.
