The Team Member of the Month for February 2024 is Jessica Doucoure.
Jessica joined Manningford in July 2023, within weeks Jessica successfully completed her care certificate, medication training and all mandatory training. Jessica applies 100% to her role as support worker.
Jessica has worked well in all practical training and has gained confidence in her role as support worker, she is a trusted and liked by our most complex service users.
Jessica has helped the home in times of short staff filling in voids and covering sickness, she has also supported Morris House when they have required shifts covering.
We would like to congratulate Jessica on winning Team Member of the Month for February 2024 and thank her for her hard work and dedication, it is appreciated.
