Care Through The Millennium (CTTM) are a well-established employee owned, residential care provider who offer support to vulnerable adults with a learning disability and/or a mental health condition and associated complex needs.

Following our recent successful Apprenticeship programme, we have opened up new opportunities for you to join the team as an Apprentice Support Worker on the Adult Care programme. Working in one of our homes, alongside our existing experienced team over a three-year period, you will gain the Level 2 and Level 3 Adult Care qualifications.

You must:

Be over the age of 16

Be passionate and want to make a difference

Be compassionate, dedicated and caring

Be reliable, flexible and committed

Have excellent communication skills

Be willing to work 39 hours per week which may include weekends and bank holidays
