Careers with Care Through The Millennium.

At Care Through The Millennium we employ over 200 staff with a variety of different skills. All our staff receive help with, and can access to training and education to develop their careers. This includes NVQ’s and other nationally recognised education courses.

Career Opportunities

Support Workers – Days and Nights

We are currently seeking experienced support workers to join our teams who work in our residential homes in South Birmingham. Working various shifts including evenings, weekends or nights, successful candidates will support our service users to lead an active life and encourage them to live as independently as possible.
You will have previous experience working within a residential care setting with service users with a learning difficulty or a mental health illness and hold NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent.
We offer a comprehensive training and induction package and excellent career development opportunities.
